Established in 1996 as the social arm of Victory Family Centre, with a mission to serve vulnerable communities in Singapore. Our work primarily focuses on supporting the elderly, children, and individuals in need.

Our Services

Home Visitation Support

Being homebound due to illness doesn’t mean one should face isolation. We regularly conduct home visits and provide services such as haircuts and grocery shopping to support their well-being.

Device Learning & Scam Prevention

From partnering with the Singapore Police Force (SPF) to the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), we help raise awareness about scams and assist individuals in setting up their smart devices.

Active Aging Dynamic Programmes

We offer talks, workshops, screenings, and other activities at our Elderly Activity Centre (EAC), providing our seniors with dignity, purpose, and a supportive community where they can share life together.
Islandwide Dementia Go-To-Points
Our five Victory Family Centre (VFC) locations islandwide have served as safe meeting points where seniors with dementia can reunite with their loved ones.

Elderly Activity Centre

Our Elderly Activity Centres (EAC) have expanded to serve senior residents across five centres islandwide, reaching over a hundred individuals through various outreach initiatives and events.

Events & Partnerships

HCSC offer talks, activities, demonstrations and celebration events where neighbours can connect meaningfully. Participants learn about health, holistic wellness, grooming, digital skills, family relationships, financial literacy as well as crafts. We also organise food distribution and outings for the underprivileged.
